Currently serving as Lead Contracts Engineer at McDermott Middle East Inc., I specialize in the full contract lifecycle—from pre-award tendering and bid evaluation to post-award administration, including claims management, change orders, dispute resolution, and vendor performance oversight. My portfolio includes multi-billion-dollar offshore and onshore projects with clients such as North Oil Company, QatarEnergy, and Qatargas.
